Stay in Roussillon

Discover the Roussillon, here you will find a proposal of staying for a group trip accompanied by an official guide speaker.

Here is an example of a program, we can adapt it to fit it to your needs and desires.

On the first day

You will discover the city of Perpignan. First, we will visit its imposing royal castle built during the thirtennth century. Then, after enjoying Catalan specialties at lunchtime, we continue the day with a visit to the city center with the iconic Castillet, the Sea Lodge, the cathedral and its Campo Santo.

On the second day,

Departure for Collioure city to talk about fauvists and other artists in love with the colors of the Vermeille coast. After lunchtime, let’s go to Elne with its masterful romanesque cathedral and cloister.

The third day

A day dedicated to the castles. Quéribus is perched on the heights of the Corbières, lookout of the Kingdom of France. During the afternoon let’s enter to Salses Fortress the “catalan bunker”. These two citadels marked the ancient border between the French Kingdom and the Kingdom of Aragon.

The fourth day

We will climb to Saint Martin du Canigou abbey, perched on the flanks of the mythical mountain, and visit Villefranche-de-Conflent for its fortress built by Vauban during the seventeenth century.

Our fifth day

Continue with the visit of Céret, Céret is a small typical catalan village and its fines art museum with beautiful masterpieces ( Picasso, Matisse, Chagall) . We will lead to Castelnou, a small medieval village perched on a rocky hill.

The proposals for this stay are adaptable, everything can be taloir-made because we want to respond precisely to your request.
